No violation of AICTE Act, norms, standard, regulations etc.
That no cognizable action is pending against the institution.
All the conditions of letter of Intent, Letter of Approval have been fulfilled.
The institution is not under “No Admission Category” due to poor infrastructure etc.
No complaint against the institution from the students or other.
The institution is functioning at tits approved permanent site/Location.
The Institution is not functioning at a temporary site.
No High Tension electrical wire passes through the campus.
No deep Nallas, Public Road passes through the campus.
The Head of the institution is duly qualified as per AICTE norms as per details submitted in one page Bio-data.
No unapproved courses are being run by the institution.
AICTE Pay scales and other allowances are being paid to the faculty.
No eligible Fee Refund case for students, release of original certificate/mark sheets of students are pending with the institution.
All Anti-ragging measures as per AICTE Approval Process Handbook for 2011-2012 (available in AICTE web portal: www.aicte-india.org) have been taken.
The copy of document(s) submitted in compliance with formalities prescribed by the AICTE for release of deposit(s) are either one which were submitted at the time of first approval of AICTE or the incremental documents which were added on over the period of existence of Institution on account of its growth, extension & expansion and submitted to the AICTE as part of yearly compliance(s).

Further, in case of any violation in future, the amount of FDR now being released will be recreated and submitted to Northern Regional Office, AICTE, Kanpur by the Society/Trust.

Here's another "real world example people can learn from". The model can be downloaded by following the link at the bottom of the first post on the linked page. Modano and its sister/predecessor BPM are renowned financial modelling companies (with Modano offering software and BPM offering consulting). You do need to create an account with Modano, I do not expect any issues with this but have not done it myself. The model can be previewed at the following link without signing up to anything I know a couple of the Modano/BPM team and am pretty confident they are still there.
